Celia Smith has owned the Express office for nearly 14. She started the business in 1993 and continues to be actively involved in the business on a daily basis.
Celia is the sole owner of the Express office in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is also actively involved with the community through membership and support of 5 chamber organizations, the Urban League, Pellissippi State, TVHRA, etc.
Prior to establishing Express Personnel in Knoxville, Celia was in the Air Force for over 5 years and worked for more than 7 years at Martin Marietta in Denver, Colorado. Both positions were in operations and manufacturing management, logistics, and supply. Celia has a master’s in information systems management.
Celia's primary focus for the Knoxville office is to find as many good opportunities for our associates as possible. It is also to mentor and help people transition into new opportunities and careers. When we are able to do this successfully, our companies and community benefits.
